Our operations department, comprising 40 skilled professionals, provides tailored product consulting services. We also offer free packaging design, promotional images, and videos, all designed to support Karseell and our clients throughout the entire cooperation process, making it easier to solve any issues that arise.

We take product quality seriously and set a finished sample room. The finished sample room is dedicated to store each customer's product for up to three years in order to trace the processes and procedures involved in the production of the product, and also to further ensure product traceability. In addition, we're the only company that offers a full review to reduce the defect rate to 0.
